Last weekend, Mal and I went over to visit Andrew, the fella who makes the web magic happen. He lives with his lady wife and half the contents of Noah's Ark in a lovely house in a beautiful village near the (presumably also very nice) Forest of Dean.

It's the kind of place where ladies drink organic milk and make good friends with cows, according to the brochure:

One of the results of this delightful weekend in the country was a pimped-out homepage, which should be arriving on a computer screen near you any moment now.

What do you think? Did all that country air help?

One of the other results of the weekend was bruised vocal chords from marathon SingStar karaoke sessions.

Here are some tips, should you ever unwittingly find yourself in a SingStar situation:

2. Raising your pinky finger does very little to improve your tunefulness.
3. Every crowd - no matter how hostile - may be won over with Europe's 'The Final Countdown'.
