Time to settle back with a nice cuppa and a chocolate Hobnob while I take you on another tour of some of the loveliest interactive bits of the fashion world.

Elemental Threads

What it is: Pick your bag's shape, choose your outer fabric, linings and trims. End up with one of 80,000 possible combinations, so your bag is pretty much uniquely you.
Why it rocks: Your bag is made for you by Emily, who sounds lovely. She's hoping to use the site as a start for more work in socially and environmentally responsible apparel production. You can't say fairer than that.

Polyvore

What it is: Unleash your inner stylist by mixing and matching outfits from your own images or from real live clothes on the internetz.
Why it rocks: It combines all the fun of playing dress-up with all the grown-up-ness of slick technology. Also, it's got over 1 million outfits to peruse if you're feeling short on inspiration.

These are a couple of my favourite ways that the fashion industry is getting all 'web 2.0'. What are yours?
